| If you need a warranty repair in North America, you must obtain an RMA # from Technical Support at (949) 788-3600 prior to shipping your scanner to us. Mustek's Technicians have sole authority to issue RMA #s. If it is determined that your scanner needs a repair, an RMA # will be issued along with shipping instructions. Scanners sent to Mustek without a valid RMA # on the outside of the shipping carton will be refused and returned to you. |
