1. Where is the Quick Guide for setting up the camera?

Cause: The Quick Guide is missing from the package.

Solution: Download the Guide in PDF format and view it on-screen or print it out. PDF files require the Adobe Acrobat Reader program to view. If you do not have this program, you can download it from Adobe's site.

2. Problem: IXLA Digital Camera Suite will fail when a new document is opened, will not add images to an existing document and will not create a new album.

Cause: The IXLA Digital Camera Suite has some bugs caused by the year 2000 which render it inoperative. For more information on this compatibility issue, visit IXLA's web site.

Solution: Download the following patch file (894 KB). After the file has been downloaded, double-click it to run the file. The file will un-zip and place two patch files and a text file into the C:\ixlaDCS folder. The two patch files will correct the year 2000 compatibility issues with the IXLA Digital Camera Suite.
