1. Where is the Trellix Web CD that was supposed to be included with the camera?

There have been several different versions of the GSmart 350 installation CD. The earlier CD's did not include Trellix Web as part of the installation and the application was on a separate CD. The newest versions of the GSmart 350 installation CD install Trellix Web as part of the typical installation.

To determine which version CD you have, look at the part number printed just below the center hole in the installation CD-ROM.

If the part number reads 70-080-00010 or 00030, then you have an older installation CD and Trellix Web should be on it's own CD-ROM.	If the part number reads 70-080-00031 then Trellix Web is not on a separate CD, but is part of the installation routine. Run the CD to install the GSmart 350 programs along with Trellix Web.

If you have an older GSmart 350 installation CD and you didn't receive a separate Trellix Web CD, please contact our Customer Service Department for a replacement CD.

2. Where can I get a CompactFlash Memory card for the camera?

CompactFlash memory cards are sold at many computer retailers who carry computer memory accessories. They will vary in price depending on the store, brand and card capacity.

We have tested the following brands on our cameras: Kingston, Lexar, Sandisk, SimpleTech and Viking.
