- After downloading the 1.1 driver, double-click the driver file to begin the installation.
- A dialog box will display advising not to click "OK" at the end of the installation, but to click "Cancel" instead.
- At the end of the driver installation, click "Cancel" and then restart the computer. If "OK" is clicked, an error message reading "Cannot change Visible in OnShow or OnHide" will be displayed. Click OK to this and the computer will restart on its own.
- After the computer has rebooted, there will be several files left on the Windows Desktop:
- c12usbc11.zip
- Web.exe
- Web.W02
These files are leftover from installation. Deleting them will not affect the operation of the scanner. Click here to return to the 1200 CU driver page. |
